Our Doctors

Randy Kelly, O.D.

Dr. Kelly grew up in Fargo, North Dakota. He attended North Dakota State University for his undergraduate studies and then went on to graduate with honors from the Pacific University College of Optometry. He has been practicing since 2003 with special interests in contact lenses, managing ocular disease, and primary care optometry. Dr. Kelly enjoys working in a private practice setting where he can focus on patient education and quality eye care. He is board certified to diagnose and treat ocular disease and utilize pharmaceutical agents in Minnesota.

Some of Dr. Kelly's interests include training and hunting with his German Shorthaired Pointer, June. He also enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.

Rodney Binfet, O.D.

Dr. Rodney Binfet also grew up in Fargo, North Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Minnesota, Morris and completed his doctoral studies at Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Binfet did his externship training at the VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee and was fortunate to spend a few months providing eye care for Inuit villages in Nome, Alaska.

Dr. Binfet has been practicing optometry since 2000 and believes that maintaining the health of your eyes and the quality of your vision with preventative eye care plays a very important role in an individual's overall health. He is board certified to perform comprehensive eye examinations, co-manage cataract and laser eye surgeries, diagnose and manage ocular disease, fit a variety of contact lenses, and treat dry or red eyes. He has a special interest in nutrition and the role diet plays in maintaining healthy eyes.

Dr. Binfet enjoys hunting and fishing, cross country skiing, rollerblading and reading.
